The Old Post Office offers a pleasant village setting just 20 minutes’ drive from the historic city of Durham. This pretty Grade II-listed property offers uniquely decorated rooms and lovely gardens with a courtyard.

Each of the rooms at The Old Post Office features beautiful printed fabrics and artefacts. They offer lots of light and space, a TV, and tea and coffee-making facilities, as well as a private bathroom with a shower.

Breakfast includes locally sourced produce including eggs from the property’s own free-range hens.

You can relax in the property grounds and stroll into the village centre, where you will find restaurants and shops.

Newcastle-Upon-Tyne is a 25-minute drive from the property, while the Northumberland coastline is around 50 minutes’ drive away.
