Hotel Zigante is in the Istrian village of Livade. The restaurant offers a truffle-based menu, there are organised truffle and wine tasting visits, truffle seeking demonstrations and a shop selling truffle products.

Set in a renovated stone house, rooms here are large. Each has a spacious seating area and a bathroom with a shower. All rooms are equipped with air conditioning, free Wi-Fi and a flat-screen cable TV.

Regional specialities, such as lamb chops, crayfish and ravioli, are garnished and cooked with different sorts of the highly prized Istrian truffle. Guests can enjoy these delicacies on the romantic arcaded terrace, which faces the inner courtyard.

The Zigante is 35 km away from Poreč. Livade is also home to the Istarske Toplice thermal health resort, located nearby.
