This luxurious retreat with views over Picton Marina offers spacious accommodation with free Wi-Fi and a fine dining restaurant. Free gourmet breakfast is included each morning.

Each room at Kippilaw House features heating, electric blankets, and a private bathroom with bathrobes and hairdryer. Some rooms have a private patio and rooms with views of Picton Marina are available.

The guest lounge leads onto the verandah and features leather sofas, TV, board games and a library. Laundry facilities are available and free off-street car parking is provided.

Guests can experience à la carte fine dining, prepared exclusively with local produce and available by prior arrangement. Cooking classes are also available.

Kippilaw House Picton is a 5-minute walk from Picton Marina and 10 minutes’ walk from Picton town centre. It is less than 5 minutes’ drive to the Interislander Ferry Terminal.

    Really nice place to catch up. Bring a coffee from one of the cafés and cool down with a good book in the grass. Or maybe working off some of those emails via the public wifi (free for 60 minutes).
