Dating from the 1860s, May Cottage B&B is a quaint Lakeland Cottage that offers 6-foot wide king-size beds in all rooms,free WiFi, free parking and complimentary use of leisure facilities and a pool at a nearby hotel. It is located just 2 minutes' walk from Lake Windermere, local shops, cafes and restaurants.

The three rooms each have their own individual charm and character. Some rooms feature ornate fireplaces, large Victorian windows, a seating area or a coffee table. All rooms have a king-size bed, free WiFi, a TV and tea and coffee-making facilities.

A traditional cooked breakfast and light continental breakfast are included. You can make use of a bicycle storage and dry room.

May Cottage is less than 5 minutes’ walk from Lake Windemere and 1.5 miles from Windermere Rail Station. Information on nearby walking routes, activities and tours can also be provided and flexible check-in and check-out can be arranged.
