Situated just 5 minutes’ walk from the main shopping centre, public parks and museums of Penzance town centre, Chiverton House is a refurbished Victorian granite house with en suite rooms and free Wi-Fi. Plenty of free public parking is offered at the front of the property.

The beach and promenade are just a 2-minute walk away, and the historic site of St Michael’s Mount is only 10 minutes by car. Trips to the exotic Isles of Scilly can be taken from the heliport, which is just 7 minutes’ drive from Chiverton House.
