Moloney House is located in the centre of Doolin, at the start of the Cliffs of Moher Coastal Trail. It is just 100 metres from the bus stop and 200 metres from the popular O'Connors Pub. Ferries to the Aran Islands and Cliffs of Moher cruises can be found just 1 km away.

The purpose-built Moloney House is set on a family-run farm. The rooms feature a flat-screen TV, ironing supplies, and tea and coffee making facilities.
